So it's all conversation? is there any grammer work involved? what level r the students?
No, it doesn't have to be "just conversation". There's a lot of info about teaching blind and visually impaired students on the web, including technological help available. Just type teaching blind or teaching visually impaired into Google.
There's less specifically related to EFL, but try the following links. You don't say how old the student is, or the current level of education, but if s/he's teenage or older, OUP produce a braille version of Streamline. You can contact them via their website http://www.oup.com/elt/?cc=it or contact your local rep.

I taught blind students once. I actually found it really easy to get materials produced in Braille. If you can hunt out a place where you can get this done, they will love you for it!
