Is there any ESL Online school or a traditional school offers online courses for esl student? I am looking to develop business relationship with an accredited school offers ESL online courses.

Am I reading this right? You don't want to attend or take classes. You want to work with them in some manner, right?
Most major university's have an online option, at least for some undergrad subjects. If you have some online component, curriculum or software to offer, just contact the ESL department or linguistics department.
