Create Your Own Comics

Posted by Eric · March 9, 2007 · 3 replies

I just discovered this site where you can create your own comic strips and it's totally easy!

http://www.makebeliefscomix.com/

Have your students practice writing at home and have them email you their comic strip. Make it a semester long project. Have groups do it together.

There are so many possibilities to use this in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

Nice. I do large comics on the white board - works well for one-one classes.

I guess you could also use the comic creator to create short stories for you students to read in class...

I like getting the sts to create their own comics as they are using English with less boundaries using a tool (comics) that they are interest in at that age.
