When a singular countable noun is followed by a number, no article is used. For example,
- You can find the necessary data in column 3.
- Please, open your books at page 34.

I wonder if there is the article when a singular countable noun is followed by the proper name. Is it correct to say
- It includes field "Total items"
or
- It includes the field "Total items"?

Thank you.
