Someone once said to me...
When you are at your worst, 'hitting rock bottom', the only way for you to go is up... (everyone tells you that, comforting thought)
but remember the next time you feel/are blisfully happy, 'on cloud 9', there is only one way to go. Down! (Rarely does someone tell you that)
