It's for the Elementary school book, Grade 5. There's an activity ["My Father Is A Pilot"] requiring a survey, so I made the cards rather than rely on the CD-ROM, using a scanner for the illustrations. I'm making another worksheet for a broader survey on families, friends and pets and will add it here as soon as I get a moment.
It is really great. I hope you finish more of them to help us teach better..

No, not GEPIK. I'm an elementary school teacher out in Chungcheomnam-do.
