How do you relax after a hard day's work?

Posted by Whistleblower · December 14, 2006 · 8 replies

This is really an open topic for those of us that take our job way too seriously. Personally, I work way too hard and take my job too seriously. However, at the end of the day I love to switch off from work and relax. How do you relax at the end of the day from work? What do you do to "chill-out"?

I end up coming back home at 9:30pm from work and sitting on the sofa with an ice cold beer in my hand. Really nice to end the day after a full day of teaching.

Usually I spend some time playing online games (Travian thesedays) as I'm such a kid. Sometimes I watch some TV shows or put on a DVD with a glass of whiskey and coke. I wish that I had more time to train. I used to do Taekwondo everyday but with my new schedule it's impossible to do it. I have a thread mill in the apartment but only use it about once a week.

If I'm really stressed out then going for a walk with music blazing in my ears is the best solution for me!

I usually take the dog for a walk along the beach......

A nice COLD 3 kuai beer.... or a game of soccer.

That sounds so cool. Must be beautiful

In the summer it's the beach for sure. We're a five minute walk from Poetto, Cagliari's famous 10k stretch of sand. There for an ice-cream or a bottle of cold beer.

In the winter, ie now, it's dark and a bit on the chilly side so I'm afraid it's couch potato at our place. Time to catch up on all those films I've missed during the summer.

usually a tapas and a beer!

By listening to Pink floyd ,especially "Comfortably numb "
