icebreaker for new class! 3-6 year olds!

Posted by chokosaki · March 12, 2010 · 3 replies

Ok, just told today that I have a new class that begins tomorrow morning at 9:30am. I'm looking for an icebreaker. The students know zero english from what I've been told. A lot of times, students are shy around the foreigner so I want to have a fun icebreaker prepared. Anyone know an icebreaker I can use for simple stuff like 'my name is...' or 'how are you?/fine thank you!' Thanks in advance!

Make sure that you write the words, rehearse them a lot with the class, and demonstrate with one or more students.

Wow, very helpful link bread_baker. Thanks for sharing.
