Songs are great tools to use in the classroom. Everyone likes listening to music and the right song can not only be fun for the students (and teacher) but also be used in an effective way to teach.
In the ICALwiki there is an article on how to use songs effectively in your lesson.
Once they can sing the weather song, you can go on to colours with I can sing a rainbow song.
If this one is too difficult, just stop after the first I can sing a rainbow too...
