Games for kids, one-on-one classes

Posted by Beatrix · September 2, 2009 · 8 replies

Hello,
all games suggested here are for groups of students, whether kids or adults, but could you suggest some game that would be useful for one-on-one classes, teacher vs. kid (let's say seven-eight years old, or older)

Thanks a lot in advance, I'm sure this would be of great help to all

Hi,
I play these card games and board games for hours with my part time one-to-one student. Also get templates here to create yours.
Also use the hangman and interactive memory games here. These games work for me.

kisito, thanks a lot!

My company stresses active games, so this may not be helpful for you, but if you have a lot of space in your classroom, some of them might transfer over:

great, david, thanks

Hello..
Well I have so many games for kids as well as adults but I also suggest card games and of course memory game, any quiz game or puzzle game. I think memory game will be helpful for kids so kids can remember things.

Find and Colour

How to use: these simple colouring-like pages allow you to teach vocabulary (certain areas), colours (of course), and 'classroom commands' : take, colour, find...

Enjoy.

thanks guys 🙂

fly, this will surely be useful
