Looking for some conversational games for adults not anything that requires too many resources and do not want anything too complex as they are beginners. Looking for something like the ABC Shopping task where they give an item for each letter of the alphabet, thanks.

You could play Categories where either you or a student names a category (e.g. colours, sports) and they have to think of all as many words as possible. You could go round the class one by one to make it a bit competitive or just get them to call out.
The categories game works very well in teams. I have used it. Every time a team plays, there is a time limit.
