is this sentence correct??:

Here is an example of persons that the computers had made change in their lives.

please correct it if it is wrong

No. It should be :

a) Here are some examples of people whose lives were changed by computers.

or

b) Here is an example of some people whose lives were changed by computers

Reasons :

1. As we are talking about more than one person, presumably there are sevaral examples - so use version (a). However, if there is only one example, which shows the effect of computers on the lives of a group of people, then use version (b).

2. "persons" is only used as the plural of "person" in the most formal, probably legal, type of discourse. This sentence, whether in writing or spoken, needs to be in a more neutral style - so "people".

3. "computers" - no article. You're talking in general, not about specific and already mentioned computers.

4. The relative pronoun must subsitute either the subject or the object in the sentence. Your does neither.
