I din't feel like VS. I 'm not in a mood

hello

would you please tell me wether there is any difference between the two sentences?

-I din't feel like shopping today.
-I 'm not in a mood to shop today.

Thanks a lot.

I don't feel like vs I'm not in the mood, pretty much seem the same to me.
