1. have found because it's a past event - the moment of "finding" - with a present result - the pdf is attached now-
2, I'd prefer some....guidelines, but it's a quibble.
Excellent answer. But in fact I made up the thing (those sentences, etc.) myself, so please do not worry, (just in case you might think I was finding fault with others, which I never do; but I do find fault with myself for perfection and seriousness) and continue to be my teacher. Thank you~
