Question gap fill for "bunch of" "pair of" and "bottle of"

Does anyone have a gap fill to compare the above phrases. Also confirm their part of speech ie collective noun etc.

thanks

How about making a crossword with hints like:
1. I need a new pair of _____ to go with my new jacket.
2. We used 3 oranges and made 2 bottles of _____.
3. My fiends and I picked a _____ of strawberries last weekend.
