Fun way to create dialogues I found this idea on iteslj.org and it worked really well in my high school classes. It's very simple but caused lots of laughter.
Spend about 5-10 minutes getting the students to tell you their favourite songs. Aim for about 30-35 songs. (If need be get them to translate the title as best they can into English.)
I then split them into groups of 4 and asked them to create a dialogue/movie scene/dramatic play incorporating the song titles into their script. They then acted them out for the class.
Depending on the obscurity of the titles you could be in for some interesting dialogues. |
