Default find/found

-Hello, I find (here I think found or have found should be used) a somewhat detailed 'XYZ format' guideline.(followed by a PDF)

1. Do you think find is wrong?

2. Do you think guideline is wrong and guidelines should be used?

1. have found because it's a past event - the moment of "finding" - with a present result - the pdf is attached now-

2, I'd prefer some....guidelines, but it's a quibble.

Excellent answer. But in fact I made up the thing (those sentences, etc.) myself, so please do not worry, (just in case you might think I was finding fault with others, which I never do; but I do find fault with myself for perfection and seriousness) and continue to be my teacher. Thank you~
