Or better yet, make your own worksheet in minutes using any flashcard(s) from the flashcard gallery.

| | Re: Need more worksheets? We've got them!!! I tutor a 6th grader and a 4th grader. We are working on grammar and reading skills. Any ideas on what we could do to take up the half-hour that we spend trying to figure out what to do during our hour-long sessions??? |

| | Re: Need more worksheets? We've got them!!! rissa - Can you give us a little more information?
Are these native English speakers working on English skills? Also, what are some things you've been doing and some things they are struggling with?
If they're non-native, ESL students, what are some grammar points you've done recently? That will give us an idea of their levels.

| | Re: Need more worksheets? We've got them!!! Argh, how stupid of me The boys are Korean, and their English is actually very good. The problem is getting them to read. My job, as their tutor, is to get them to WANT to read. But that is proving somewhat difficult.
We have hour-long sessions, and the first hour of those sessions is usually spent trying to figur out what to do. I usually give them a quiz on vocabulary or I have them correct some sentences, but my problem is I can't think of anything challenging ENOUGH! Everything I think of (eg: vocab) is either too easy or too hard. |
