Thanks for the comment. Those were first used in a multi-activity lesson which I tried for the first time with students who had little experience with writing.
Sorry I didn't attach the MS-Word version of it. I'll try and put them all in one worksheet and re-upload it here.

I put the 20 items in 2 landscape-pages. However, I didn't add the sentence writing part. I thought you could add it as you think is better.  |

I'm sure you would adjust the activity to suit your students
