Responsibilities
As a teacher, you will be responsible for:
interacting with children and encouraging their growth as English speakers
using POLY curriculum to maintain and improve students English language proficiency
managing and teaching a classroom of no more than 12 students at 40 minutes per class
presenting R&D created lessons and materials in a creative manner that is entertaining to your students
assisting with the development of teaching materials, supplementary materials, tests, evaluations, and other programs related to English language teaching
Morning-Afternoon (block shift)
Pre/Kinder - Grade 6
Monday-Friday, NO Saturday teaching,
2.8-3.2 Million won (depending on degree held)
Afternoon-Evening
Grade 1 - Grade 8
Monday-Friday, NO Saturday teaching
2.3-2.7 Million won (depending on degree held)

Requirements
Excellent English language skills
4-year Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited University/College (Education / English / Communications / Linguistics majors preferred)
Elementary education completed in North America (either Canada or US)
Have, and be willing to send to Korea, original diploma
Sealed, official transcripts from University/College
Valid US/Canadian passport with at least 1 year of validity remaining
Genuine love of children REQUIRED
