One very important factor we'd like to mention is that we have a very close relationship with the schools we work with. Our coordinators visit the campuses on a monthly basis to monitor the status of the schools and teachers. The coordinators understand what type of financial condition the schools are in and also can see the teacher's working environment first hand. Other recruiters have not stepped foot inside the schools they work with, and in almost all cases, don't have any type of personal relationship with the managers and owners of the school.
