Coastal Public Elementary School Position

Several coastal public elementary school positions are available in the city of Gwangyang.

There would only be 22 classes per week. 1 class is only 40 minutes long.

Compare this to a private academy where you must work 30 classes where 1 class is 50 minutes to 1 hr long.

It’s easy to see why public schools are better.

But that’s not the only reason.
• They are more secure. They come with government contracts
• They have settlement allowance of 300,000 won
• They come with long vacations
• They look much better on your resume & provide you with a much better experience

See below the pictures of the school. We can also provide you with pictures of the housing &/or the email address of the current teacher.

Pay is purely dependent on your resume & can range between 2.0 to 2.85m won.

In addition, you will get:
• 300,000 won one-time settlement allowance
• round-trip flights
• rent-free VERY LARGE apartment
• 35 calendar days paid vacation + national holidays (about 7 to 8 weeks in total)
• medical contributions
• pension contributions
• severance payment
• 15 sick paid leave allowance
• 7 day special leave allowance
• 2 weeks additional paid vacation if you resign your contract after the first year (making around 10 weeks vacation in total)

The successful candidate:
1. will be a citizen of the USA, the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
2. will hold a Bachelor diploma in any field
3. will have a clean criminal background history
