Teach Away in Malaysia! Teach Away is now hiring for Training Fellow positions to work within Malaysian colleges and teacher training institutes. The goal for these positions is to improve teacher training, in addition to foster quality English education. Training Fellows will develop and implement a comprehensive and systematic training program for Malaysian teachers. Working at the Institute of Teacher Education, the Training Fellows will aim to enhance the knowledge and pedagogical skills and competencies of the English Language Teaching (ELT) staff.

Successful candidates must be an ELT specialist, preferably with a doctoral degree. Substantial experience in teacher training is also preferred, along with experience in international education. Those with specialties in Early Childhood Literacy, Literacy and Language Arts, Literature/Contemporary Children's Literature, Grammar, Writing, Reading, and Listening & Speaking Skills will be considered. In addition, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being cultural aware and sensitive.

Teaching Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience as teacher trainer
