How did things go? Did you write any dialogs? One more thing. I always use character names. I never just put A and B for the parts. I also always put the character names in boldface.

I agree with Dave-B's ideas. Combine relevant verbs and nouns in sentences and questions. Write dialogs using relevant vocabulary and have the students practice the dialogs.

What if you got copies of real menus and then had students do role plays? Or you can make your own menus. In the role play, you can add problems so that the students have to resolve the problems...
