URGENT! Intermediate books...

Hey guys,

Does anyone know a good book to use for conversations for intermediate students? I was thinking of something like Ideas and Issues but for an intermediate level?

Also I have been asked for fiction books that are suitable for intermediate levels but are not adapted. Any suggestions?

I'm on a really short time scale (hence the urgent) so any advice, gratefully received!

Thanks!

Klee

Do you teach adults?
If so, you may want to check a publisher called Oxford University Press.
Oxford University Press: English Language Learning (ESL)
This publisher has published books for ESL. In particular, ANYTHING written by or edited by Jayme Adelson-Goldstein should be investigated! She is one of the top people in ESL!

A publisher you may want to try is Pro Lingua.

ESL and Foreign Language Teaching - Books and Materials from Pro Lingua Associates

Also, you may want to try Alta Book Center.
