Default Topic-General Activities

I am teaching for a major English chain in the US. I have a ton of great material, however, I sometimes find reviewing grammar points and vocab to drag, especially in the afternoons. I'm wondering if people know of good, non-specific games where I can plug in my own target vocab or grammar point, both for introducing and reviewing. Also, if you know any good search query terms I can use to look for more that woudl be great too.

Also, if anyone knows any communicative reading activities, that would be nice too.
