lesson plan for ESL

hi there
I have an assignment that I'm supposed to write a sequence of two lessons on anzac day for ESL students intermediate level. any ideas on how to start the first lesson and what should I do in the second lesson, (I'm currently not teaching and English is my second language). and what sort of activities I should use?
