Interview Rubric

Okay,

I am developing an interview rubric. What kinds of suggestions do you guys have? For example, this is what I have for the grammar section:

Grammar
Virtually Flawless with minor errors (5)
Really good with slight errors in tense, S/V agreement, or articles (4)
Good with some errors in tense, S/V agreement, or articles (3)

etc.

WHat other sections and what breakdowns should I use?

Here's one of the resources that I used when designing an assessment test. It may be useful for you. Go to the information on page 3.
