English Corners

Hi, I'm just exploring different ways of getting private students and was wondering...

Does anyone attend or have you ever attended an English corner?
How do you find out where they are?

Cheers,
Eli

I've only ever heard of English Corners in China. Definitely, we don't have them here.

Anyway, why not start your own? I'm sure you'll get private tuition that way.

Yea, I'm in China.

I don't really want to start my own because it will mean that I'll have to be committed to it.

It's where a group of English learners get together (with a few native English speakers, too) to practice their English skills.

They usually take place in a relaxed setting, like a cafe.
