i am working in china ,a vocational college. i want to know how to connect the efl teaching with the career as my students are vocational school students. any one can recommend some website to me about the vocaional teahcing or education methods or theory or essays. i want to know how your country are doing the vocational teaching. anyone can find video like open yale course Online Video Lectures and Course Materials — Open Yale Courses . but not tube. In china we can not go on it. Thanks a lot. As i am a chinese when i translate the voational teaching into net i could not find enough materials. i know in some countries it is called community shool or vocational institute. thanks a lot.

Do mean like a technical school? Something like car repair, electrician, plumbing, beauty college?

If so, it's best to search for such things as "medical English", "hotel English", "English for nurses", "English for beauticians" and things like that.

Here is a medical English website. It has worksheets and lessons for medical professionals and it might give you some idea on how to target a specific group and their English needs.
