[Whistleblower]

Hello all. I have a quick question. I am currently curriculum development manager at a school in Korea and I would like to know. Do I own the copyright for any of the material that I create for the school? It is not in my contract that the school retains the copyright for anything created but does the copyright remain with me after anything is created?

If someone could help or provide some advice, that would be appreciated. I am willing to sell my copyright so that the school is able to re-use the material in how they see fit.
