Business English: telephone activity resource?

Does anyone know of a site that has some simple (intermediate level) telephone activities?

I'm just looking for some simple:
a: Hello, this is ...
b: May I speak with ...?
a: I'm sorry. She's out right now. Is there someone else who might be able to help you?
...
