I've stumbled across a website that might be useful to you all to check out, I've mentioned it in another post, but could easily go overlooked.

This is a website for penpals all around the world who are using Skype. If you wanted your students to make friends and chat with others using English, this may be a good start.

It looks like a wide array of countries with few native English speaking ones. But other than French, I'd say that the most commonly spoken language there will be English.
