Good Indian and Thai food in Iteawon. Iteawon is full of great international cuisine. There are tons of good Indian and Thai resteraunts there. |
How's the mexican food scene? That's what I miss the most and TGIF doesn't cut it. |
Panchos has changed management. That's good because they were starting to go downhill with the old management. I think they were using Korean made cheese on their Nachos. Big mistake lats time I was there it had really improved. They are in a new location too. If Tgif doesn'y cut it try Tony Romas. |

Depends what you consider" Expensive", Its certainly resonable. There are two kinds of deals buffet and regular. With buffet you pay a set sum and you get to sample many different kinds of food example Biryanni Masala Quorma Nan or Tandorri chicken. If you order individual dishes you get specific things such as mutton masala or chicken Biryanni. Overall if you order the individual meals with Roti or Nan(enough rice in Korean food) expect to pay ten thousand won. If you pay for the buffet expect to pay close to twenty. |
So more expensive than the average Korean meal, or even a pizza, but well worth the money for a change in diet. yum! the buffet sounds like the way to go. Is the Thai food the same kind of deal and roughly the same price range, or is it a bit cheaper? Thanks for the info. Karen |
As for Thai food I think its cheaper to make it yourself. At Lotte dept store in Myeong Dong they are selling tins of Tom Yam soup and Red curry. You can also get the noodles too. Making Indian or Pakistani food at home is much more difficult and never tastes as good as at a restarant. I take an annual trip to Thailand. I eat Thai food then It's much cheaper and more delicious |
