Chewotang
 

Chewotang is made from a small freshwater eel type fish called Mikaraugy. The Mikaragy are placed in a blender while they are still alive and crushed. Then they are boiled in a soup.While this does seen a little gross the soup is actually quite tasty and a good source of calcium.

The Mikaraugy can also be eaten as tempora.
