Big Move to South Korea, HELP!

I'm an American citizen looking to move to South Korea to teach
English, i'm married to a Mexican Citizen and want to bring her along. A mexican passport is good for a 90 day stay in Korea, will that be enough time for us to get her F-3 Visa through my E-2?

You've probably sorted it out by now, but I got my husband's F3 while I waited with one visit to immigration.
