Hi, everybody!
It's been a long time since I've come to ESL HQ but this was one of the first places I wanted to come and share my new games.
I've spent the last couple of years developing a set of interactive games that teachers can use in the classroom. These can be used with your own questions, any topic and subject (not just ESL).
When creating the games, I looked at the games kids play and some of my favorite things for inspiration. There are eight games currently, with more on the way.
Here's a bit of info about a few of the games:
Castle Wreckers: Two teams (Cats and Dogs as Knights) compete to destroy the opposing team's castle. Students will answer your question for the opportunity to fire the cannon and destroy the castle. Aim carefully!
Monster Attack: The classic categories game re-imagined as a city defense game. Monsters are attacking your city! Two teams compete to repel an advancing giant monster from destroying their home (think Godzilla)! Set custom categories and have fun!
There are 6 more games currently available: Get the Bananas, Go! Go! Go!, Pearl Finder, Spin that Wheel!, Fighter's King, and Snakes and Ladders.
All games feature animations, customizable rules, classroom management tools, and can be downloaded straight to your computer. No prep required.
