Default Sicknesses/Illnesses

I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for teaching I have a(n) headache, toothache, stomachache, sore throat, fever, & cold. It would be for a 4th grade class of about 35 Ss.

I'd like to expand on the general "How are you?" greeting, by having all the Ss respond that they're sick, so they'd have a dialogue that goes something like:
A: How are you?
B: I'm sick.
A: What's wrong?
B: I have a stomachache.

I thought this would be a good time to introduce this vocab with all the swine flu frenzy going on recently here in Japan.

The class will be held in a gym, so we've got plenty of room to mingle and run around.

Any ideas for fun games to help them practice the vocabulary?

Thanks,
the o

You could have students work in groups of twos. One will be the doctor and the other will be the patient. The doctor asks all sorts of questions and the patient must respond. Doing it this way you could also have the students practicing body parts. With any role plays I usually tell students that they will be presenting their dialogue to the class so they are sure to put some effort in!
