Thank ya  | I feel that a good place to get "authentic conversations" is through reality shows. I am working on my Business English TESOL specialization and decided to get "The Apprentice" on DVD. You can get it really cheap on Amazon.com or on Ebay.com. I spent under $5 (including shipping) for the entire first season on DVD. Hope this is helpful!
