position of an inverted conditional clause When the word order is direct, the conditional clause can either proceed or follow the main clause.
- If I were younger, I would join the expedition.
- I would join the expedition if I were younger.
I wonder if the conditional clause can be used after the main clause when the word order is inverted. Is it correct to say - Please contact me should you have any questions.
