3. Why would? It's not hypothetical but a prediction related to a definite requirement - so will. 4. English and Colony doesn't make sense. I'm not sure what is meant because of not knowing the context, but maybe one of : Britain and its colonies / Britain and colonisation / The use of English in British colonies |
