Default Can I use the same verb forms for the prepositions, "in" and "during"?

I would like to make up several similar examples with the two prepositions, in and during.

(1a) In the last six weeks, I have read a lot of newspapers.
(1b) In the last six weeks, I have been reading a lot of newspapers.
(1c) In the last six weeks, I read a lot of newspapers.

(2a) During the last six weeks, I have read a lot of newspapers.
(2b) During the last six weeks, I have been reading a lot of newspapers.
(2c) During the last six weeks. I read a lot of newspapers.

May I ask two questions?
(A) Can I use the two prepositions interchangeably?
(B) Do these verb forms fit them like those used for "Over the last ...", which was discussed in my earlier post?

Please explain my questions. Thanks a lot.

In /over/during - no difference. As for the verb forms the answer is the same as the one in the previous post.
