about/for

-About question four, are we allowed to include gendered body language in our essay?

(said after reading the instructions for an essay assignment)

Is it correct to use about in this case? It does not sound as correct as for.

It's fine.
For is possible, as is In. but there's nothing wrong with about in this context .
