Hi Everyone,
We just launched our new DVD series for ESL and TEFL teachers called, "English Language Teaching in Action". It's a collection of 70 short how-to videos on everything from setting up games and activities in your classroom to dealing with difficult students. Each video gives you a lot of ideas for lessons and practical tips on classroom management. A teacher walks you through each activity or technique step by step, then demonstrates it in a classroom setting with English language learners. Check out some sample videos here.

Thank you! You've created a one-stop inservice program - or effective orientation - for new English teachers with limited or non-existent teaching experience. Given the number of "floaters" and native speakers dropping in the profession, this video series will be on my list of recommended resources when I consult language schools.
By the way, including the sample video lessons is quite helpful.
