| | Student Evaluation Sheet I created a multi-student evaluation sheet in Excel. This has the same format as the attendance sheet that I posted, so yes, I know they look almost the same. I created this as a monthly form I can use to keep track of the average progress for a class of nine 12-year-olds that I teach. I am more than open to any suggestions for how to improve this form. |

A ny suggestions or is there a simple way to convert to adobe or word?

| | Re: Student Evaluation Sheet If you use MS Excel, you should have no problem opening it. I'm not familiar with the import options on MS Word or Adobe, so I wouldn't know which direction to point you in with that. Sorry. :/ |
