 Re: Fun way to create dialogues
That sounds like a great idea. It also demonstrates how making the language real, and letting our students personalize the vocab and grammar we teach them, increases their interest and retention. I'm sure the dialogues went over infinitely better than the usual ones that have been put together to practice a particular grammar point (and which our students so often read with hardly any gusto). I'll have to try this in one of my classes.
I'm curious, though. Did you do anything to check or correct for mistakes in the language? |
