Default Summer/Winter ESL Camps

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge about working at ESL camps in Korea? I know that they generally hire teachers who are already working in Korea, but is this always the case? Are they willing to pay airfare if you come in on a tourist visa? Also I'm wondering about salary, hours, etc etc.

Any information would be appreciated. I'm leaving Korea in September, but considering coming back to work at one of those month-long vacation camps in January. TIA!
