I'm familiar with the Myers-Briggs Test. What I was wondering is what you would do with the results? Would you modify your teaching style in light of the students results or is it up to them to modify their learning style?

Most of the information I could find stops at interpreting the results, but doesn't tell you what to do next.

I'm working on some teacher training materials and I'd just like to give them something practical.
