Cactus TEFL is for advice and placement - jobs, courses etc, but
Cactus Language Training run their own language courses - not just English. But it's the same organisation. They're very glossy and seem reputable from all the info they give on their website.
I can't see anything about their own teacher training courses though, just other people's.
