I just found myself sitting here at the computer eating O-Jing-Uh Dang-Kong-Bolls (Squid/Peanut Balls). quite a bizarre and not-so-bad of a snack.
then i started thinking about when i first came to korea. i never ate any squid. it all started with steamed squid. then some grilled buttered squid. then the flat dried squid that you can buy plastic wrapped in the supermarket. this usually comes with red pepper paste or mayonaise!
finally, i was ordering the rip-your-teeth-out-tough dried squid at the bar.
